DEI Statement

At Partners for HOME, we embrace the principles and practices of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, driving the evolution of a system of care that serves everyone with unwavering respect and dignity.

We acknowledge the deep roots of historical and enduring systemic racism and other forms of discrimination that have profoundly impacted those we serve. Our work is dedicated to dismantling these oppressive systems and barriers within our reach and intentionally collaborating with other systems to drive broader change.
We are intentional about amplifying the voices of people with lived experience of homelessness and we strive to ensure they have a meaningful role in decision-making.
We envision a future where safe, supportive spaces are the norm, where every individual is respected, and where the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are deeply ingrained in every facet of our work. Partners for HOME leads the way in uniting our community around a powerful, shared vision: making homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring.

Move Atlanta Forward by Giving Back!

This #GivingTuesday, Partners for HOME invites you to join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Since 2016, we’ve partnered with the City of Atlanta and the Atlanta Continuum of Care (CoC) to achieve a 30% reduction in homelessness. This milestone is a testament to the power of collaboration and compassion.
