The Atlanta Continuum of Care meets bi-monthly to provide updates to CoC members and the community. Meetings are held virtually via Zoom. Please contact Abby Bracewell (abracewell@partnersforhome.org) to be added to the calendar invite and receive the Zoom link. Zoom information can also be found below.

If you have items that you would like to add to the CoC meeting agenda, please send them to Abby Bracewell no later than Monday, January 3.

The Atlanta Continuum of Care (CoC) meetings occur every other month, on the second Tuesday of that month, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You can become a member of the Atlanta CoC by completing the membership form on the Partners for HOME website.
