Partners for HOME, as the Collaborative Applicant for the Atlanta CoC, submits an annual application to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for McKinney Continuum of Care Homeless Assistance Grant funds.
2019 HUD CONTINUUM OF CARE FUNDING
On July 3, 2019, HUD released the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the FY19 Continuum of Care (CoC) program. Partners for HOME, as the Collaborative Applicant for the Atlanta CoC, is charged to oversee this process which includes hosting a local competition and submitting an application to HUD on behalf of the Atlanta CoC. Partners for HOME will complete and submit the full application to HUD, which will include the HUD application, the HUD priority list and all of the individual project applications. Prior to submission, these materials will be posted below for review.
