The City of Atlanta is seeking the assistance of landlords to provide over 200 units to households impacted by homelessness. With emergency housing vouchers from Atlanta Housing, many can now start the process of moving off the streets and into a home of their own. Specifically, there is a need for:

  • 1-Bedroom Units: 203 (EHV/GHVP)
  • 2-Bedroom Units: 10 (EHV)
  • 3-Bedroom Units: 3 (EHV)

An added incentive for landlords working with housing voucher recipients includes a hold fee that will allow prospective residents to “hold” an apartment while obtaining all paperwork and documentation necessary to submit their application for housing.  Landlords with eligible properties can contact Melissa Austin at to learn more and help our vulnerable neighbors get housed.
