Denice Wade

Denice (she/her) currently serves as the Project Manager for Outreach and Diversion at Partners for HOME, the lead agency for the Atlanta Continuum of Care.  Her major responsibilities include managing and coordinating the compassionate closing of homeless encampments with providers and other stakeholders and developing and tracking the success of the homeless diversion program.  Denice comes to Partners for HOME with lived experience of homelessness. She believes in advocating and educating the community about homelessness and working to bring system change to end homelessness. Denice brings with her over 15 years of experience in activism, social services, and homeless outreach in Atlanta, GA; Nairobi, Kenya; and Boise, Idaho.
