Jasmine Rockwell Heard

Biography

Jasmine joined Partners for HOME in January 2021 and is the Senior Grants Manager. She is responsible for launching all Atlanta CoC applications, RFPs, and RFQs, initiating PfH grants and contracts, and managing the grants management system Neighborly.

Jasmine has over seven years of experience in homelessness. Before coming to Partners for HOME, Jasmine worked as an HMIS Data Analyst in the Office of Homeless and Special Needs Housing at the Department of Community Affairs (DCA). Additionally, she was the System Administrator for the Domestic Violence Comparable Database for the State of Georgia. Jasmine began her career in homelessness at United Way of Greater Atlanta, where she worked as the Data Coordinator for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program.
