Street Outreach

Street outreach is designed to meet the immediate needs of people experiencing unsheltered homelessness unsheltered. This includes connecting individuals and families with with services and interventions such as healthcare, emergency shelter or housing.

The components of street outreach generally consist of engagement with clients; case management of the client to assess needs and provide ongoing support; connection to services and interventions; and transportation.

In the City of Atlanta, residents can email encampments to report encampments or view resources below.
