- Goal: Reduce unsheltered homelessness in the City of Atlanta
- KPIs: Annual PIT Unsheltered Count
- Goal: Prevent, rapidly exit and divert families and youth from homelessness
- KPIs: Annual PIT Family and Youth Count; System Performance Measure 1 – Length of Time Homeless
- Goal: Provide all veterans housing and support services
- KPIs: United States Interagency Council on Homelessness Veteran Homelessness Measure
- Goal: Prevent returns to homelessness
