Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) is a housing intervention that pairs long-term (2 or ore years)  leasing/rental assistance with supportive services, PSH is provided to households with at least one member (adult or child) identifying as having a disability.

PSH is a successful intervention for people experience chronic homelessness. Members of these households often have complex needs such as a severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI), substance use and a physical disability.
