The Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Pipeline provides capital, subsidy and services to eligible developments to build 550 new units of permanent supportive housing in the City of Atlanta.
Funding opportunity closed.
PfH seeks proposals from developers for the expansion and development of permanent supportive housing (PSH) units. PSH combines affordable housing with wraparound services — such as mental healthcare, behavioral healthcare and employment training — to support a tenant’s path to self-sufficiency.
Qualified proposals that expand the inventory of PSH units in the City of Atlanta will gain access to HomeFirst funds and support services funding for up to three years. Atlanta Housing (AH) will support HomeFirst projects by providing rental subsidies to qualified developments under its HomeFlex (Project Based Rental Assistance) program.
Applications will be received on a rolling basis until all funds are expended. Application materials can be accessed under “Important Links.”
