HUD Permanent Supportive Housing
The HUD CoC Program has allocated approximately $349,000 to the Atlanta CoC for permanent supportive housing (PSH) services for 40 households paired with a Georgia Housing Voucher Program (GHVP) voucher from DBHDD. Funding opportunity is open. Deadline is July 17, 2024, at noon ET.
Applicant Eligibility
Agencies interested in applying for grant funds must meet the following criteria to be considered for consideration:
- Provider must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving —or willing to serve — clients experiencing homelessness in the City of Atlanta.
- The provider should demonstrate offeror competence and training in providing community-based housing support, as well as at least two years of experience in providing housing support.
- Must have at least three years of experience working with housing authorities and/or continuums of care and housing providers (i.e., property owners/landlords) in Georgia.

HUD Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) Grant Opportunity
The HUD CoC Program has allocated approximately $587,118.00 to the Atlanta CoC for tenant-based rental assistance (TBRA) for adult individuals and couples in the City of Atlanta. Funding opportunity is open. Deadline is February 8, 2024, at noon ET.

Agencies interested in applying for grant funds must meet the following criteria to be considered for consideration:
- Agency must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving —or willing to serve — clients experiencing homelessness in the City of Atlanta.
This funding opportunity is seeking agencies that can:
- Provide two full-time case managers to provide ongoing assessment of client needs and linkages to appropriate levels of care.
- Assess housing barriers, needs, and preferences and develop an action plan for locating and maintaining housing.
- Serve as an escalation point to assist with property mediation to maintain housing stability and advocate for tenants with property ownership and/or property management.
- Provide proactive, home-based, face-to-face case management.
- Assist clients with obtaining key documents (ID, BC, SS, disability verification, etc.) and loading into HMIS.
- Provide individual-directed linkages to behavioral health care based on the needs, preferences, desires, and goals of participants served.
- Monitor household outcomes, including increasing/maintaining income and safe and appropriate housing for at least two years after exit from the program.
Agencies will be measured by their ability to:
- Maintain an active enrollment of 31 households each month and up to 35 participants (adults and adult couples only).
- 80% of leased-up participants exit to permanent housing.
- 85% of permanently housed participants remain housed after 6 months of exiting the program.
- 70% of permanently housed participants remain housed after 12 months of exiting the program.
- 60% of enrolled households will obtain or maintain sources of income and/or mainstream benefits during program enrollment.

Winter Warming Transportation RFP
Partners for HOME (PfH), on behalf of the Atlanta Continuum of Care (CoC), releases this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a transportation provider to provide transportation services to individuals experiencing homelessness traveling to warming centers. Deadline has been extended to Friday, February 9, 2024, at 5PM ET.

Communication Support Contractor – RFQ (Request for Qualifications)
Partners for HOME (PfH), on behalf of the Atlanta Continuum of Care (CoC), releases this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Communications Support Contractor to provide communication and marketing services. The selected Respondent can be either an individual or an organization meeting the requirements outlined in the scope of services. PfH is a nonprofit organization that serves as the Collaborative Applicant for the Atlanta CoC — a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) program that promotes community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness and provides funding for efforts by nonprofit providers and state and local governments to quickly rehouse people impacted by homelessness. Its mission is to coordinate a comprehensive crisis response system to end homelessness in the City of Atlanta.
