PJ Stewart

Biography

PJ joined the Partners for HOME team in February 2023 as the Coordinated Entry Project Manager and is currently the Senior Project Manager for HMIS and Coordinated Entry. They maintain the Coordinated Entry By-Name Lists, lead system navigation work, and coordinate efforts related to ending chronic homelessness. PJ previously worked for the Athens-Clarke County Housing & Community Development Department overseeing the Continuum of Care program and managing Community Development Block Grant projects. They also have direct client service experience as a case manager working with individuals who are HIV+ and experiencing homelessness.
