Regina Rubalcava

Biography

Regina Rubalcava joined the Partners for HOME team in October 2024 as the Coordinated Entry Project Manager. In this role, she oversees the five core components of the Coordinated Entry System: Access, Assessment, Prioritization, Referral, and Evaluation. She is committed to advocating for individuals and families experiencing literal homelessness by helping connect them to appropriate system interventions as quickly and effectively as possible.

Prior to joining Partners for HOME, Regina worked with several nonprofit organizations in Athens, Georgia, and directly supervised more than one hundred student employees as part of the Residential Services Team at the University of Georgia. She is dedicated to public service and to supporting marginalized communities through advocacy, policy development, and cross-system collaboration.
