Partners for HOME works with stakeholders across the government, business, philanthropic, nonprofit and general community to respond to homelessness in the City of Atlanta.
Throughout the City of Atlanta, there are hundreds of stakeholders involved in the work of ending homelessness for our unhouse neighbors. The Atlanta Continuum of Care serves as the central resource for these agencies to connect and collaborate on how to move the work of homeless response forward.
