Janae Ivory

Biography

Janae serves as the Youth Homelessness System Improvement (YHSI) Project Manager at Partners for HOME, where she leads efforts to strengthen collaboration and youth-centered strategies within the youth system. She is responsible for engaging community partners, coordinating the Youth Service Providers Consortium, and supporting initiatives that improve HMIS data quality, service delivery, and community partnerships. Janae also works closely with the Atlanta CoC Youth Action Board to ensure young people with lived experience help shape system improvements and updates.

Prior to joining Partners for HOME, Janae has several years of experience working for a Continuum of Care in south Alabama in outreach and completing intake assessment for various HUD funded programs including Coordinated Entry. She also has experience with several organizations and local government agencies focused on community safety, housing stability, reentry support, constituent services, and equitable access to resources.
