Over her career, Adriana has helped generate over $100 million in current and future commitments through major and legacy giving, corporate and foundation partnerships, and multi-million-dollar campaigns. She has experience stepping into complex or early-stage environments, creating clear strategies and systems, and delivering against ambitious revenue goals.
Adriana holds a doctorate in education and is a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE). She is driven by the belief that disciplined, data-informed philanthropy can transform systems and expand access to opportunities under resourced communities.
