Academy Lofts

The Academy Lofts is a preservation & adaptive reuse project in an historic elementary school near The Atlanta Beltline offering 35 Residential Micro-units, Office Space, Event Space, & Commercial Space. The micro-units are newly renovated with large windows, great light, central AC, and the building boasts onsite laundry, onsite coffee house, and limited onsite parking. Academy Lofts will have 5 dedicated PSH units.
