The Mallory

Prestwick Companies is building a 116-unit multifamily project named  in Northwest Atlanta‘s Dixie Hills. The project will include two four-story apartment buildings — one with 59 units, and another with 57 units. Along with Prestwick Companies, Atlanta-based architecture firm Geheber Lewis Associates is also involved in the project. The Mallory will have 18 dedicated PSH units.
