HMIS

The Atlanta CoC uses a Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to collect client-level data and data on the provision of housing and services to people experiencing homelessness in the City of Atlanta. The Atlanta CoC has selected ClientTrack as its HMIS software solution. The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) serves as the Atlanta CoC’s HMIS Lead. 

Agencies receiving funding from the Atlanta CoC are required to use ClientTrack to manage the progress of clients receiving CoC services and interventions.
