to reduce and end homelessness in the City of Atlanta

  • Goal: Reduce unsheltered homelessness in the City of Atlanta
  • KPIs: Annual PIT Unsheltered Count 
  • Goal: Prevent, rapidly exit and divert families and youth from homelessness
  • KPIs: Annual PIT Family and Youth Count; System Performance Measure 1 – Length of Time Homeless
  • Goal: Provide all veterans housing and support services
  • KPIs: United States Interagency Council on Homelessness Veteran Homelessness Measure
  • Goal: Prevent returns to homelessness 
  • KPIs: System Performance Measure 7 -Exits to and Retention in Permanent Housing and System Performance Measure 2 – Returns to Homelessness
