Amanda Slater

Biography

Amanda joined the Partners for HOME team in August 2025 as the Senior Project Manager of Prevention. In this role, she leads the design, implementation, and ongoing development of Atlanta’s homelessness prevention efforts. Amanda advances Partners for HOME’s strategic goal of reducing homelessness inflow by supporting system-level prevention programming in collaboration with community stakeholders.

Prior to joining the PfH team, Amanda worked at the NYC Department of Social Services, where she supported citywide homelessness initiatives for the New York City Continuum of Care. Amanda brings a background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and systems change to advance effective, equity-driven housing and homeless services programs.
