Kayland Arrington, PMP

Biography

Kayland joined Partners for HOME in August 2023 as the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement. In this role, she works with PfH staff and CoC partners to assess and identify system-level metrics, improvements, performance, and a continuous quality improvement strategy. In partnership with the Institute for Community Alliances, she is also responsible for HMIS for the Atlanta CoC. Kayland is dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights and strategic methodologies to propel the homelessness system towards its ultimate goal of ending homelessness.

Prior to joining Partners for HOME, Kayland worked in the equity and public health spaces in New England. Kayland’s prior work with homelessness includes COVID-19 Program Manager/Lead Epidemiologist for unhoused and housing insecure populations for the Rhode Island Department of Health and consulting work with Rhode Island’s CoC.
