Caprice Brown

Biography

Caprice Brown is the Chief Program Officer (CPO) of Partners for Home. As CPO, Caprice provides oversight over organizational vision and strategy to ensure PfH’s program work is directed towards creating a homeless crisis response system that advances equity and achieves the goals of the homeless system’s strategic plan.

Caprice has over 25 years of expertise in program and project management and evaluation. He served as Vice President, Virginia – DC Region with Volunteers of America Chesapeake & Carolinas and President and CEO of Legend Consulting, a national consulting firm supporting non-profit integration of programs to address social determinants of health. He has held management positions with local and national non-profit organizations in health and human services.
