Jasmine is the Associate Director of Special Populations at Partners for HOME, where she has dedicated the past six years to serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the City of Atlanta, with a particular focus on families, youth, and veterans. Jasmine has a deep passion and commitment to advancing equity and improving outcomes for vulnerable population groups.
