Jasmine Cunningham

Biography

Jasmine joined the Partners for HOME team in 2019, after working with the Veterans Empowerment Organization (VEO) Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program as a Case Manager. Jasmine has worked with programs serving the homeless for the past seven years in Atlanta, during which she has developed a passion and commitment to ending homelessness.

Jasmine’s current role at Partners for HOME is the Senior Project Manager for Special Populations including youth, families, and veterans. Jasmine supports several projects and initiatives focused on ending homelessness for those entering the City of Atlanta homeless system and continues her passion and work to improve the system.
