Biography
Brianna joined Partners for HOME as a Special Projects Fellow in 2020 and currently serves as the Project Manager, Housing Resources. Her role is focuses on bridging the gap between healthcare and the homeless response systems. Prior to joining Partners for HOME, Brianna was a full-time student and has worked in case management roles serving youth and young children in the foster care system. Brianna is currently a Fulton County CASA volunteer.
