Brianna joined Partners for HOME as a Special Projects Fellow in 2020 and currently serves as the Senior Project Manager of Housing Resources. Her role focuses on bridging the gap between healthcare and the homeless response systems. Prior to joining Partners for HOME, Brianna was a full-time student and has worked in case management roles serving youth and young children in the foster care system. Brianna is currently a Fulton County CASA volunteer.
