Phil Henderson

Biography

Currently serving as Project Manager, Housing at Partners for HOME, Phillip oversees efforts to house households from outreach to lease-up, leads strategies for housing subsidies and permanent housing options, and provides support and direction to partner agencies. He facilitates collaboration between housing service providers, property managers, and developers, coordinates unit acquisition strategies, and ensures efficient workflow and data management.

Previously, as Lead Housing Locator at PCCI Inc., Phillip secured safe housing for clients, built and maintained landlord partnerships, and streamlined the negotiation and closing processes. His role as Research Analyst at Spelman College saw him enhance donor strategies and manage prospect research, while his time as Volunteer & Events Manager at CHRIS 180 involved leading successful volunteer programs and fundraising events.

Phillip’s skills include negotiation, interpersonal communication, critical thinking, creative marketing, and public speaking. He is actively a licensed Realtor in the state of Georgia and excels in real estate analysis, property transactions, and developing strong advocacy networks.
