Camille Sims

Camille joined Partners for Home in April 2024 as the Director of Coordinated Entry, Outreach and Diversion. In this role, she is responsible for strategic development and direction for the Coordinated Entry System, ensuring a highly coordinated, homeless crisis response system and building relationships to deliver a system that results in making homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring. She is dedicated to efficiently leveraging data and strategic partnerships to refine and expand a CE system that connects providers, partners, and resources to meet the needs of those in the homelessness system.

Prior to joining Partners for HOME, Camille worked in Atlanta’s food security space and the childhood development space in New York City. She has designed and led community-based programs that mitigated barriers to food security, employment, healthcare, housing and literacy.
