Ahmad “Wali” Rostami

Biography

Ahmad “Wali” Rostami serves as the Training and Capacity Building Coordinator at Partners for HOME, where he supports the development of training and capacity-building efforts that strengthen coordination and practice across the Atlanta Continuum of Care (CoC).

Wali brings a global, cross-sector perspective shaped by professional experience across Asia, Europe, and the United States. He has co-founded and led a nonprofit organization, managed U.S. Department of State-funded educational and cultural exchange programs across South Asia and the Middle East, and supported workforce development and community-based initiatives serving diverse populations. His work focuses on advancing collaborative, people-centered approaches that translate complex systems into practical strategies for providers and partners, strengthening both service delivery and system alignment.

Wali has completed Cornell University’s Project Management 360 Certificate, a comprehensive program in project management and project leadership. He is multilingual in Persian, Pashto, Hindi, and English.
