55 Milton apartment homes offers spacious one, two and three bedroom floorplans; amenities; and the convenience of being located 10 minutes from Downtown Atlanta. 55 Milton has 156 new affordable apartments targeting individuals and families earning between 50-70% of Area Median Income (AMI). All units are furnished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and LVT flooring. Site amenities include a community room, equipped computer center, fitness room, wellness center, community gardens, and a playground. 55 Milton provides connectivity to the Atlanta BeltLine Southside Trail and public transportation. 55 Milton will have 14 dedicated PSH units.
